Your challenge:

  • Assumption of direct sales responsibility  
  • Acquisition of new customers / customer groups within defined market and customer segments
  • Achievement of budgeted sales and earnings targets
  • Development of customer-related marketing and sales strategies
  • Implementation of national and customer-specific promotion and advertising activities
  • Responsible conduct of annual negotiations in the customers headquarters
  • Continuous market and competitor analysis
  • Strategic development of the business unit
  • Interdisciplinary cooperation within the framework of holistic customer management
  • Active involvement in the company's future-oriented projects

Our Requirements:

Professional:

  • Education: Degree in (international) business management or similar
  • Experience: +5 years of sales experience within the German retail landscape and experience with the main German food retailers such as Edeka and Rewe or Kaufland
  • Well-documented experience & expertise in business development, sales and marketing of consumer goods
  • Very good and presentation-fluent German skills required, as well as sound English skills
  • International mindset, multi-cultural understanding
  • Benefit: Category experience from non-food, home- and lifestyle brands
  • Ideally some first leadership experience
  • Located in Germany
