Our Client
On behalf of a brand & leading provider of premium licensed products in the fashion & lifestyle sector, we are recruiting for the position of Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Relaunch the brand of our client shape and execute a powerful off- and online brand marketing strategy, driving dtc growth across all channels – retail, e-commerce, and social commerce.
- Boost visibility: drive innovative POS activities (on- and offline) for the brand and the license brands of our client.
- Lead performance: establish and own seo, sea, paid social media, and marketplace advertising to boost performance across the dtc channels.
- Data-driven mindset: build reporting frameworks to monitor, analyze, and optimize the marketing efforts.
- Build the team: hire, inspire, and lead a high-performing marketing team from scratch, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Collaborate closely: partner with sales, product, retail, e-commerce, and external partners for seamless execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years in marketing, ideally in fashion.
- A strategic, outcome-oriented leader who’s ready to roll up the sleeves.
- Proven experience in creating and executing successful dtc marketing strategies.
- Expertise in performance and POS marketing with solid leadership skills.
- Assertive, influential, and results focused.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing tools.
- Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal in English & German
- Adaptable, organized, and ready to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Press relations experience is a plus.
