Marco started as a Senior Consultant at Nigel Wright in the Interim division in February 2023. He previously worked for Avantgarde Experts, a specialized recruitment consultancy in the German region, for almost 5 years. Marco was responsible for the placement of professionals and executives in the field of marketing, sales and digital.

Before that, he worked for about 1 year at the Ströer Group as a sales manager for online marketing products (SEA, SEO, display, targeting). Through his previous stations, he was able to build up a profound knowledge in the field of Sales & Marketing.
