Yankee Candle worked with our London Executive team to recruit a General Manager for their UK business in order to create further demand across their branded portfolio. As well as our in-house research team being allocated to assist in the search, the Nigel Wright design team produced a high quality candidate pack to further showcase the Yankee Candle brand and share the company's compelling story.

The candidate pack included impressive key statistics about Yankee Candle, as well as detail of the company's history, mission and organisational structure. The General Manager role was outlined in full, with striking imagery used to reflect the quality of the brand and products.

Carlsberg partnered with Nigel Wright to find a Marketing Director to revitalise their brand portfolio in the UK.

The candidate pack was just one part of a full-scale approach adopted by Nigel Wright to successfully find and place the ideal candidate. The candidate pack included information on the company background, their shared vision and plans to reshape the UK business. Key brands were also highlighted in the pack as well as a detailed job description for the role.

    In addition to or to compliment a candidate pack, we also offer our clients a detailed microsite, hosted on our website. This follows a proven template to ensure that potential candidates are able to get a full picture of the role(s) and the company.

    Job advert email campaigns

    We have an extensive database of candidates and communicate with them on a regular basis. When an assignment requires it, we can enhance spoken communication with job advert emailers, sent directly to the inbox of a potential candidate. These communications are highly effective at successfully attracting candidates who are not active on the job market.
