Senior Manager

Peter Neal is the Senior Manager for the International Automotive, Aerospace and Rail division. Peter started his career at Kier Group as a graduate management trainee having gained a BEng (Hons) from Newcastle University. In 1990, he completed an MSc and attained Chartered Engineer status. After several years working with a number of capital equipment manufacturing companies as a Commercial Project Manager, Peter seized the opportunity to join Nigel Wright in 1998.

Regional Manager

Lars Herrem is a Regional Manager within the International FMCG division of Nigel Wright and recruits senior management professionals in the Nordic market.  Throughout the markets he has led several large projects building commercial teams for existing and new clients, from middle through to senior management. Lars has built strong relationships across various industries within the FMCG market.

Prior to joining Nigel Wright, Lars worked as a Recruitment Consultant for Sitel UK where he was responsible for talent acquisition into Sitel’s largest UK site with over 500 employers from junior to senior management. During this time he focused on restructuring internal departments and cost cutting projects resulting in large cost savings for the company.

Managing Consultant

Joanna Douglas is a Managing Consultant for the North East Sales and Marketing division. She joined Nigel Wright in 2004 after working for a generalist recruitment company.

‘Having studied Law at university I decided that I wanted a different career, something where I was faced with variety and challenge on a daily basis. I was impressed with Nigel Wright’s extensive client base and I could see it was a large, progressive company with lots of opportunities available.

Senior Consultant

Byron Beatty is a Senior Consultant in the Food and Drink division and is responsible for recruiting sales and marketing professionals. Byron joined Nigel Wright after working as a National Account Manager for Red Bull UK, working on their major On-Trade Retail accounts such as JD Wetherspoon and Mitchells & Butlers. Prior to that, he worked in a similar role within Coors Brewers for five years where he also specialised in category management. Byron is a graduate of Northumbria University, where he gained a degree in Business Information Systems in 1999.

‘Networking has always been a passion of mine in business. I get a tremendous amount of pleasure from bringing good people together in order to create new ideas and drive results. The opportunities to do this within my role at Nigel Wright are endless. In addition to this, the nature of this job has also given me scope to investigate, understand and act on the current changes within the marketplace on a broader level than in any previous employment.’
