Working with over 70 productions sites across Europe, Winterbotham supply a comprehensive range of continental food.

The three principal trading divisions (Chilled Delicatessen, Speciality Foods and Confectionery) have established relationships with the major multiples based on a proven track record of delivering the highest levels of product and packaging innovation, sales growth, supply chain management, technical support and value added customer service.

Chilled Delicatessen

The Chilled Delicatessen division has developed a range of chilled cooked/cured continental hams and salamis from seven different countries, as well as an extensive range of olives and antipasti. Other important categories include pâté, cheese, fresh pasta and snacking.

Speciality Foods

Key areas for this division are continental bakery – including brioche, individually wrapped croissant, panettone and waffles – and a chilled continental desserts range. Products are sourced principally from France, Belgium and Italy.

Confectionery

The Confectionery division is responsible for developing an extensive range of chocolate confectionery from the famous chocolate centres of Belgium, Switzerland, France and even Germany. Traditionally a highly seasonal part of the business, with occasions including Valentines, Easter and Christmas, the division is now developing an increasing range of all year round confectionery.
