My client are are major fashion and sportswear manufacturer supplying both fashion and sport retail. An international conglomerate, the business own a variety of high profile brands within the fashion and sportswear arena and are an international brand name.They are currently looking for a National Account Manager to manage high profile retail accounts for two newly aquired brands with strong projected growth potential.
Role
My client are looking for an established and confident National Account Manager to deal with national retail accounts for two of their instantly recognisable brands, and demonstrate the excellent customer focus they are renowned for. Key responsibilites include providing 'best in class' account management skills, plan and action proactive sales initiatives, actively seeking out opportunities to develop sales and margin, opening new accounts and take on tactical development work, forecasting, risk management, and full P&L responsibility. Also key to the role are identifying, developing and delivering marketing activities within the Key accounts to drive awareness and profitable market share, to develop good working relationships with both internal departments and external contacts and ensure customer specific needs /opportunities are explored with the crossfunctional teams to deliver profitable business opportunuties.
Ideal Person
You will have a demonstrable track record of success working with national retail accounts, highly PC literate, an innovative and proactive thinker, with the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts with varying needs and priorites. A passion for/background in fashion/footwear will be advantageous, but not essential, but an experience in branded sales is a must. This is an office based role.This is an extremely exciting new opportunity with this global fashion/sports business, with a great package and career progression opportunities for the ambitious individual.
