My client is a North East based SME operating in global markets.

Role

Due to a period of growth a need has developed for a high-calibre HR Manager. The role will involve recruitment, development and updating of the Company's employment and service contracts, policies and health and safety policies, advising on and implementing employee benefit schemes, advising on staff training and advising and assisting in any disciplinary matters which may arise.

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the Company's relationships with recruitment agencies and work with the Management Team to ensure that the Company has the skills balance that it requires for growth.

Ideal Person

This role requires an individual capable of managing rapid growth and who wants to be closely involved with day-to-day operational requirements. Prior HR Manager experience is essential as is an awareness of the issues facing SME's.
