Role

In order to strengthen the HR team for a growing business, there is a requirement for a high calibre HR Advisor to deliver the Compensation & Benefits strategy for International Paints globally. This includes:
- Managing C&B strategy for International Assignments
    - Liaising with secondees, senior managers, payroll & tax departments
    - Participation in the evolution of innovative ways of working
- Managing the C&B packages of Senior Executives

In addition, you will be involved in a variety of HR Projects and with time are likely to become involved in more generalist operational HR.

Ideal Person

This is a high-profile role that requires an individual who is able to communicate and negotiate effectively with senior executives as well as more junior colleagues.

Applicants must have high levels of numeracy. An understanding of Compensation and Benefits would be beneficial. You must  have excellent interpersonal skills and be willing to take a hands-on role as part of the wider HR team.
